It’s where you squirt out enough sunscreen to go along three of your fingers and THAT is how much you should be applying. In my experience, it’s enough to cover your face and your neck and as long as you work it in, it never looks obvious or excessive. **Q: Would you recommend this or the stick for face sunscreen?** A: I do like the cream very much.
