GNC Mega Men's Sport TR Multivitamin

I have a steady 5-day 5 am workout. I take creatine in the morning with a light breakfast and a glass of orange juice. I take these vitamins during lunch and stay hydrated throughout the day with 64oz or more of water. I waited about 2 weeks to make a proper review of this product and have to say that I didn't feel a difference in the first few days but by the end of the first week, I felt a difference in my muscle recovery, more energy in later parts of the day, and since it takes vitamin deficiencies a few weeks to adjust in your body, I started to notice a keener sense of thought throughout the day to keep me better focused. This is only my opinion but everyone's body can react differently, so just keep notice of yours and if you maintain a steady workout and healthy diet I would highly recommend these. If you are taking vitamins just to take them, well, there are likely better products to fit your habits. And yes, the vitamin B-12 will cause your body to pee neon yellow but that is only a sign of good kidney function as it extracts the unnecessary amount out of your system according to my doctor it is a harmless effect. I would also like to note that Californias Prop 65 is the cause of the cancer warning on the label due to the plastic, taking these vitamins past their expiration or if the bottle is kept in poor conditions to taint the pills can cause you harm but I don't see anything unsafe about these under proper conditions after doping my thorough research before taking.

I take these daily and they are the real deal. They are vitamin heavy, with over 100% of daily values (sometimes up to 3,333%!), so you always are getting enough of everything, regardless of where you start your day. Definitely don't take them on an empty stomach though. It says "take with food" and that is NOT a suggestion. I figured I'd be okay taking the pills without eating one morning and it just hit my body way too hard and I ended up getting super nauseous. The price point is also awesome compared to other vitamins I've considered, breaking down to around 60 cents/day for the 180 pack. Not too bad for an easy way to stay healthy!

Good vitamins

Excellent product, I've been taking the vitamins for a year, they give me energy to improve my metabolism! I recommend it in case you feel very tired!

Who knows if this stuff actually helps. I havent really notice any prolific changes in the health of my body or mind since using it. The only way I know it actually has some sort of affect is when I gotta drain the main vein. Even if it doesnt work, it’s probably got some sort of placebo effect. Hopefully I am getting the much needed vitamins and minerals my body may not be getting naturally. I’d pay $25 again to trick my mind into thinking it’s good to go but probably really not. Peace of mind is a hellofa drug.
