American version, really good
So the gaviscon sold in almost all outlets in the UAE are to me not as good as the American version. They dont foam and stick to your teeth and are pointless. They also taste horrible.this is the American version. The taste is ok and they foam ip and turn into something close to soft mashmellows. And best of all they absolutely keep heartburn away.

Why is the original flavor so much more expensive than the cherry? I don’t like the cherry flavor so I’m stuck paying more.

Works Well
These taste awful but they help for my heartburn and acid reflux. My Gastroenterologist recommended them since I can't take prescription meds any more.
