Yes, when website indicated it fits up to 12 size.It really does fit to 5-12 years.old.

Would these fit over my 5 year old daughter's size 10 boots?

They fit over my 7 year granddaughter's larger size sneakers so they should be fine over size 10. They did not stay in place well with lots of activity and I had to keep repositioning, but they were cute.
