I had heard so many wonderful things about GloFX products- To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I just do not understand why a seller would want to sully their reputation by sending used and non-functioning items to consumers. Now, I get to go through the crappy experience of trying to get a refund. :::sigh::: And of course... The item is no longer in stock... So a refund it will have to be.
