My issue was the locking mechanism for the foldable handle bars. Got my scooter in and went to set it up and the lock wouldn’t stay down and I tried EVERYTHING to get it to stay down and it wouldn’t. So without it locking, there was no way to safely ride without the possibility of it folding up on me in the middle of riding.
