The pic is another flan where I got the caramel wrong, I should have watered it before pouring it in rather than just pouring the hot sugar in. Oh well, I can peel it off and just coat the thing with normal caramel sauce. These clean up great if you oil and flour them for cake type things and the cakes come out nicely. The flan fights back a lot more so the cleanup is not as easy. I expect to spend 10-15 more min cleaning it again after 2 cleanings. I haven't tried these with Jello as I don't do gelatin/agar agar deserts very often. Clean up should be a breeze for Jello.

Au début, surprise , le moule semble petit et peu facile à utiliser avec ses bords relevés. Mais, bien que peu abordable, ce moule ne manque pas d'atouts : même avant décoration, les cakes sont magnifiés par cette forme d'oursin. Il est recommandé de bien laisser refroidir le gâteau avant de le démouler afin de ne pas le briser. Ensuite, il suffit de faire tremper le moule cinq minutes dans l'eau chaude pour le nettoyer. Le résultat est bluffant et cette forme est inspirante : fleur , citrouille, couronne...sont autant de variantes possibles . C'est donc un investissement rentable.
