Will this help with dark underarms?

Yes, it actually can help with dark spots. It takes time of course but you'll see a difference after a few months! It may not get rid of them completely but it can definitely reduce the appearance

Which of these exfoliates the best and still manages to give a glow?

I really do not have preference but this product smell great. I used it the morning as away of waking up my senses. Since I have discovery the benefit of using sugar, I have notice a change in my skin appearance. My skin is not dry and look dull. Yes, this product give your skin a glow after using it.
