Bought two systems so that one of them can control one shower head and the other can control the other shower head, handheld, and tub spout. I like being able to control how much water is used and that it automatically turns water off or on. I would make sure that the plumber can use these systems in your bathroom. Had to return a couple of different Grohe systems which were outside of the return time which required calling Amazon. Had to pay for restocking fee.

Sehr gut verpackt kommt das Brause- und Duschsystem von GROHE bei uns an. Alle benötigten Teile sowie eine Montageanleitung liegen bei. Die Bedienung und damit die Steuerung ist einfach und selbsterklärend. Ein guter Heimwerker bekommt dieses Element selbst montiert. Wer keine Erfahrung mit Wasserinstallation hat, sollte die Montage Fachleuten überlassen. Achtung: Dies ist nur ein Steuerungssystem zum Ansteuern von Kopf-, Hand- und Wanddusche und benötigt ein zusätzliches Fertigmontageset, hier Rapido Smart Box Art-Nr. 35600, damit es verwendet werden kann. Zusätzlich muss ein Mischer für die Regelung von Warm-/Kaltwasser verbaut werden. Alle Informationen dafür findet man auf der Internetseite von GROHE sowie in abgespeckter Form in der beiliegenden Montageanleitung. Fazit: Es macht nur Sinn dieses Element einzubauen, wenn ein gesamtes Bad oder nur die Dusche neu gestaltet und dabei eine Kopf-, Hand- sowie eine Wandbrause, in der Dusche intrigiert werden soll. Die Qualität des Unterputzventils Grohtherm Smartcontrol (3-Fach) von GROHE ist klasse. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist vollkommen in Ordnung und somit vergebe ich eine Kaufempfehlung und fünf verdiente Sterne.

Set it up once and just push the on off button over and over. Nice stuff.

Very impressed. Replaced my old shower valve with this excellent shower valve and surprised at how much better this is. Easy to install, simple operation with great control of temperature and flow rate. The quality represents great value. I'll stick with Grohe in future.
