Good materials, very close to description , three operation modes, power full motor, it is a bit bulky and tough plastic rotating heads, it would be better if they use rubber heads to be soft on the neck

Relief for Neck & Shoulder Pain – Perfect Gift for My Mom!
I bought this U-shaped rechargeable neck massage pillow for my mom, and overall it does the job pretty well. The pillow itself is soft and comfortable, and the shape supports the neck nicely. The vibration massage is relaxing, especially after sitting for long periods, and the heat function makes it even better for easing light stiffness. That being said, the massage isn’t perfect. It’s more of a gentle vibration than a deep massage, so if you’re expecting something really strong or like a professional shiatsu massager, this may feel really light compared . The battery life is bad . Only last about 11 minutes but could last longer, and it automatically shuts off after a while, which is both good for safety but sometimes a little inconvenient. So yeah , its not perfect , also its not that bad!
