Best Sautee Pan Ever
This pan has been hands-down the best pan I've ever seen my wife use. We have had our fair share of nonstick cookware, so we tend to be very careful with this one, to the point where we don't even put it in the dishwasher even though it is "dishwasher safe." That being said, hand washing this pan is a breeze no matter what my wife has made or how long it's been sitting dirty. A little hot water and a little soap and everything basically slides off with just the smallest scrubbing effort. We've had it for a year or two now, and it's got maybe a couple spots that have permanently stuck, but nothing crazy. It's been the easiest cleaning pan I've ever owned.

Nice non stick pan
I do meal preps every week and usually cooking like 4 to 5 lbs of meat at a time. Compare to the old one I had, this one is not as heavy, easier to clean and what I like the most is dish washer friendly. I have been using it for about a month now and still working great. Did a lot of research before buying this one. I will definitely recommend this product. Worth the money and good quality.

This pan is for real, it works just as described. If you are tired of pans that do not work. . .
So I waited until I had put this pan through the day to day use to write an honest review. I seared rib eyes on feb 2nd 21. Nice crust! I made rice, slides right out wipes clean. stir fry, fish, chicken i fried it, boiled it seared it, I mean I used the pan fearlessly. Usually this is point where all the other pans let me down. So today Mar 14th I put this pan through the final test. fried some hash browns, then i dared to put the eggs in the pan. And I like mine over easy. Perfect. Just perfect. turned over easy and they slid right out unbroken. Great size, lid fits nice and it works.

A bargain pan with premium performance
I bought one Granitestone saute pan (for $20) and a comparable competitor's saute pan for much, much more. I did a side-by-side comparison. Both performed perfectly and cleaned up so easily, I was shocked. The instructions say to put a little oil or butter in the pan to season first time, and then each time you cook. I measured the oil or butter before and after cooking, and almost NONE of the fat was absorbed by the cooked food. Bacon grease seems to work best in that category. You need just a whisper of fat to guarantee perfect cooking and cleaning. Burned cheese omelets slide right out. Both pans got "stained" after a while. Because you can use metal utensils on both, I've tossed out my melted plastic tools. That said, DON"T use any sharp tools (knives, etc.). Now, the more expensive one is very pretty, finely made, and heavier than the Granitestone, but the difference in price makes the Granitestone pan the no-brainer winner.

It was My Dream Pan at first
This has become my favorite pan. There are four people in my house and all of us have big appetites. This pan allows me to cook everything at the same time, instead of having to cook in turns. I can use this pan in the oven for casseroles. On the stove top, it works like a dream. It evenly distributes the heat so that I donโt have to keep everything in the center in order for it to cook. When it comes time to cleaning, it will fit across my sink from handle to handle making it easy to scrub down if needed and it cleans up as if itโs brand new again. Iโve had this pan for a while now, so itโs proven to be durable; however itโs much lighter than my Calphon pans. It has a reasonable price tag and it comes with its own lid. You canโt ask for a better pan. I highly recommend it. ***Addition 7 months later- Well, I must admit, I'm a little disappointed now. As you read above, I was so excited to get this pan, but after 7 months of hot and heavy cooking, it is no longer reliable to cook evenly across the pan. Perhaps I've just burned too food or used too much head, but the middle of my pan has warped. Rather than sitting flat on the stove eye, there is a raised mound in the middle of the pan. Pancakes are no longer round, but cling to the outer ring of the pan. The middle of my pan (cooking side) has turned a nice shade of brown. Like I said, I don't know if it's the pan's fault or my own. I tend to blame myself; however the bottom line is this...I need to remove some stars and my recommendation. Assuming that I'm partly at fault, I will just remove two stars.

Great quality
Affordable and good quality! When preparing a "one pan" meal for 4, it is plenty big enough.

Exactly what we needed and is excellent pan!
We love our new large Granitestone pan; it is totally nonstick, and we purchased it in addition to the set of Granitestone pots and pans. These are going to last us for years. We purchased the black speckled color, but all the colors they offer are really nice looking.

Nice Large/Deep size.
Very good price for such a large pan. Solid weight. On the negative side, the bottom of the pan is not flat as oil tends to accumulate around the edges and the center is dry.

Did I get sent a return?
Internal box was damaged and look like it had been repackaged, placed on the hob and found the bottom was not perfectly flat so it rocks a bit, also after trying it out on a low heat found that an area of it didn't appear to be non stick. Thinking of returning

Damaged packaging
I can't vouch for how the pan works as it's a gift for Christmas. What I can say is the 1st pan I ordered (in the pictures) had 3 layers of tape over the join, the manufactures tape which had been sliced, covered with another tape along the bottom of the box and across the side edges. This had also been cut and another layer added on top, and when it arrived with it's 3 layers of tape, it still had a side sliced. and the top security seals were obviously tampered with. I didn't even accept it and sent it back with the driver. A refund was quickly given and I ordered a new one. This one also arrived with the box damaged at the bottom and had been resealed badly. We carefully took all the tape off (luckily it didn't damage the box) and checked the pan was OK. There is no damage that we can see, so we re taped it with care and it looks much better. Unfortunately as you see from the photo it comes as seen (no protection) so the delivery label was stuck to the box covering the picture which I CANNOT get off. I hope the recipient doesn't mind. The pan itself is large and deep which is exactly what he wants.
