Like a lot of people these days - I have anxiety issues from time to time, and I found this book to be an absolute godsend. I would absolutely and without reservation recommend this book for anybody that suffers from anxiety. It's easy to read and explains things in a light-hearted way. I've read it a couple times myself when hit with a bout of anxiety and I've also lent it to others who were in need of it's wisdom at times in their lives. I wouldn't be without a copy on my shelf.
