They are that good and since they are made of all cotton; your body can breathe and you won't get a yeast infection wearing these pads.First, I said goodbye to major brands and now I can say goodbye to Seventh Generation feminine products as well since their pads are made out of synthetics.I sleep in this pad and a 3 pack will last a minimum of 3 months if I wear them more often and 5-6 months if I only wear them at night.
