Colorstay Lip Liner, Red, 0.28 g

I would say this lip liner is closer to 4.3 stars for the one I bought which was Reds but I believe that may have more to do with the shade than the product. The product arrived sealed in plastic from Amazon and in a paper bag. It does not appear to be cracked or broken but I haven't sharpened it so I don't know yet. The color Reds is supposed to be a neutral red but it's definitely on the warm side. The lip liner applies very easily, is highly pigmented and does not smudge if you wait a few minutes after you apply it before adding other products. I found that it did smudge a bit in the first few minutes but after that it was fine for hours and does not stain cups. It stays on well and is not drying and looks better after wearing it for a few hours than what it looked like initially. One negative though is I used quite a bit of product to line my lips one time and I have sharper/longer lips which is why I bought this product as the tip works great to apply it and most lipsticks are way too wide. For that reason, I felt it's closer to 4 stars and not 5 for the amount of product I presume would be needed for more average and fuller lips. I really wish there had been the pink one to test when I bought it but it was not in stock, unfortunately. So I'm not sure if it's just the red shade. Thanks.

Le meilleur crayon que j'ai utilisé. La couleur est magnifique, il tient très bien et le fait qu'il soit rétractable c'est super pratique.

Very disappointed with this. On opening the top of the liner just broke off whilst I was holding it, so I've already lost a lot of product before I've even started. Not impressed either with its application and didn't think it lasted well either. Bought it to go with the Revlon Uncut Ruby lipstick (don't recommend this either, very drying) as suggested as the best match.
