What could be the issue. I have a 2 channel 1k watt amplifier hooked up bridge.** A: Are you running them at 1 ohm or 4 ohm? If at 1 ohm is your amp 1 ohm stable when bridged. If not then you need to run them at 4 ohm bridged. That may be the problem. You can look up wiring 2 subs online. Rockford Fosgate wiring wizard is great. (Not bridgeable @ 2 ohms, tested by Derek Williston aka D-Wiz) Wound up blowing a set of Pyramid 12s (only 350RMS) & got the 1200W, DVC, 2 ohm Skar 12's installed yesterday. Bridged them to 4 ohms in series, & literally cannot believe the power. I had to get a capacitor, went with Audiopipe Stiffening, 3.0 Farad. The amp is #1 on Williston Audio's "Amps that don't break the bank", not to mention the specs are about right for this little set up. **Q: How big is the magnet? And what amp would go good with a pair of these? ..** A: I'm not sure about the magnet, but I have 2 of these running on a 1200.1 rockford fosgate amp. It puts out a little over 1200watts rms which matches 2 of the subs **Q: I have a pioneer GM-A6704 amp would this be enough juice? 1000w max, but can only be bridged to 2 channels (i think) about 200 watt rms** A: Honestly, no. Keep that amp for your mids if you like it, but get yourself a descent monoblock for the subs. The frequency range turned out to be 24-120 hertz. as a home subwoofer for 5.1 Dolby Atmos acoustics it turned out almost perfectly. At low frequencies the whole house shakes.
