CAN TOU USE IT ON WOOD FURNITURE

Absolutely, especially smooth finished wood. wood furniture usually calls for a light polish now and then, the fibers have a light coating on them, which wouldn't be heavy enough to streak it anyway and I've never seen damage in the +20 years I've used them. I start a duster out on a car, then use it on my boat, and then as it's at the end of its life I use it on glass and furniture. Great product, just shake heavy dust out of it after every use and don't wash it.

DON'T clean it, that will remove the wax in the brush. Just shake it out as you use it. It actually gets better with use.

Has anyone had an issue with this scratching their paint?

Absolutely. I've had one for over a decade and lately noticed that are swirl-shaped scratches all over the hood of my '65 Mustang, the pattern I use to dust. Unless my wife dropped on the ground and lied about it, I'd say that they have a limited lifetime. They get better with use until they pick up abrasives. I'd advise monitoring your finish and replacing when necessary as I'm going to be spending a few hundred bucks on detailing because I didn't.

Can I wash this product?

I've had mine for about 5 years. Lately, it started leaving some dust particles so I looked up about washing. I washed it in Woolite and LOT of dirt came out so I re-washed it even. It took many days to dry in my hot garage. It's still leaving some dirty spots so I'm just going to buy another one. They're pretty cheap.
