Is the foot bed keeping water in after being wet (spongly and squishy?) or does it just wash off?** A: I'm not sure about washable. I just wipe mine down without issues. As far as "being wet" I haven't had the spongy or squishy issue as of yet. **Q: Are these Sandals made in China?** A: Yes they are. China/Hecho en China Didn’t know that when i bought them, but he loves them. Says they are so comfortable. **Q: How are they for comfort and durability when walking on concrete?** A: Walking on concrete is when I appreciate them the most! **Q: Are these waterproof?** A: I don't know if Sketchers claims that they are, or, are not. I think they are very water resistant, since I have worn them outside a lot and have been very rough on them, occasionally getting them wet while watering the garden, for example. They seem to be holding up really well.
