Does this smell similar to Spark by Liz Claiborne?

I've never tried Spark by Liz Claiborne so I can't give you an answer to that; however, Timeless smells awesome and I'm always getting compliments on how nice I smell when I wear it. Timeless is a timeless classic that I've been wearing for years.

What State is it coming from? If sprayer stops functioning is it returnable?

I don't work there but if it doesn't spray, then I guess you gotta contact Amazon to see if they'll take it back. If that doesn't work, I don't know anything more about it
