Cn this be used to paint glass?

This is an acrylic paint which is water-based and will come off with water on a non-porous (slick) surface, and may likely smear on a porous surface. Depending on what you intend to use it for, you may be able to spray a gloss or matte varnish over it to keep it from peeling off or coming off from washing the surface. That would not work on anything like a cup or glass. I would test it first on a glass surface to see how durable it is. Acrylic paint will scrape off a window easily.
