the card is metal just as promised, with what looks to be laser engraving on it. i got this as a gift, and it comes in a little baggy to keep it nice as well as one of those fancy envelopes for presenting it. it's good quality, no scratches or anything amiss and shipped without issue. well worth it, in my opinion.
