Our vet recommended this brand and another one for most accurate results. Instructions are incredibly easy and the swab process was quick. Just send the swabs back in their prepackaged mailer. Can’t wait to get our results in a few weeks and see if we were close on breed guesses. I’ll update after we get them back to see if the price is worth the results! Purely based on ease of use, I’d recommend. *Update* we got the results and are thrilled! While they weren’t exactly what we were expecting (surprise!), they make complete sense with her size and looks. I’m confident the results are accurate. I heard Chubacabra will be available in 2022 so you might want to wait to send it in. Does the kit test for Coyote? Asking for a friend. **Q: Will it provide results for mixed beeeds?** A: Our first dog's results came back as 25% Lab, 12% Rottweiler, 12% border collie, 12% chow chow, 12% Shar pei, 12% Australian Cattle Dog, and 12% unknown. Most of her known breeds happened in the last 3 generations, but there's a great grandpa somewhere that was enough of a mutt to not get 100% of her results back conclusively. Needless to say we're excited to test our newest mix! **Q: Can you do this DNA test on a puppy or is it better to wait until the dog is full grown?** A: Actually you should wait at least until the puppy is no longer nursing on the mom. That Can skew the results. **Q: Does this test identify if dog has coyote/wolf in mix? Have dog from shelter in Kentucky that looks much like black coyote, based on images search.** A: Wisdom Panel 3.0 and 4.0 identify if a dog has a percentage of coyote and/or wolf ancestry.
