It has no caffeine and so is very good for you. I was introduced to it as part of a controlled diet. Also for health reasons I add lactose milk to it as I actually don’t like the smell but tastes just like drinking coffee without the aroma of coffee beans.

The little packets are the perfect amount and very convenient. It tastes just like instant coffee. I add a bit of honey and cream but it's fine without anything. The price was better than the health food site I was using.
