A: Thank you for your question. Some cloths are 100% cotton and others are a poly/cotton blend.

A: I think they are brand new.

**Q: Are these rags made from brand new material or recycle material?**
A: I think it is is new material scraps.

**Q: Use on hard wood Floors?**
A: I use them on wood, tile. Marble and slate floors.  The leave no fabric residue behind and I highly recommend these rags!

These are good heavy-duty towels. I use them in mostly a use and discard scenario because they get so dirty. I typically use a knife to cut a small slit and then tear them down into smaller rags since they'll typically last longer doing that. A 10 pound box will last me a couple of years and I think for the price, they're a good value.
