You squirt it out of the bottle and it makes a nice kind of long curly shape on the plate. I eat it with everything, meat, tacos, carrots, vegetables. Delicious! I eat a lot of fresh spinach. When I don't feel like making a salad I eat the spinach by itself, with a little salad dressing and the horse radish. I eat baby carrots as a snack, especially when I'm stressed. I put a large handful of baby carrots in a bowl and a large squirt of horse radish on the side of the bowl to use as a dip. It's delicious. I also use the horse radish with the baby carrots because I'm trying to get myself to drink more water. I have this snack with a large bottle of water.
