Product doesn't work
Product is a total dud. Cold water function doesn't work. Don't buy. Very disappointing- more so because I have to re-pack in order to return.

Stopped working!
It stopped working after 1 month of buying it!! I request a direct contact from the vendor to fix it!

Excellent water dispenser
Everything is so good about this product , quality, easy to use very convenient I had top loading dispenser from same hitachi brand i bought this specifically because of bottom loading, and realized its far better than top loading dispenser, no more picking up heavy bottles

Return item problem and Quality
If you are going to return item as you are not happy. You will got trough hell as you will need to organize by your self company to return. On return print out from Amazon , no correct address or contact number of person. I did use Aramex and took them 12 days to deliver back in Dubai. Horrible experience overall . From product , pump to noise when refiling , taste of metal . my advice pass this item

Pump stopped working
I have been using this item since July 2024, and I have used it sparingly as it has been kept in the study room. It has functioned well, but unfortunately, the pump has recently stopped working. I have already ordered a replacement pump, which should arrive in a few days. Overall, in comparison to the other dispenser I owned for nearly a decade, this one appears to be of a lower quality.
