Depends on your skin. I use it roughly twice a day. Start a little and increase usage if you feel it's necessary. Try to time it during times you know you're not going outside since it does have bleaching properties.

It does not help with reducing pores.

Can I use vitamin c serum while using this? If so, before or after?

This is a spot treatment and as far as I know and have used it on bare skin after washing my face. If Vit C is the part of your daily skincare regimen, I would suggest you can use this cream after serum. And please take care when you go out in sun. Apply a good sunscreen since it makes your skin sensitive to sun.
