So easy to use! A drop of two in water. Tastes minty. Lasts a long time. So many of us are deficient in Vitamin D, a condition that is now being understood for its seriousness. This product is an excellent solution!

I ordered this because my vitamin D level as down to 9, very low. I looked at a lot of different products and chose this one as well as one other. I have taken this for about a month as well as trying to get at least 10 minutes of midday sun as often as I can and I got retested and my level is up to 44. The drops are in olive oil, have the correct ratio of vitamin D3 to vitamin K2 and the taste is slightly peppermint. I would like to see this product without the peppermint but it's not enough to deter me from buying again as I feel this is a good product, best of it's kind actually. It works quite quickly to get those levels up and I take 3 drops a day in the morning with a small breakfast such as cereal and milk or buttered toast. I noticed while taking vitamin d you will be thirsty more often so increase water intake while using. This is a good thing as we all need hydration and it makes me want to drink water more. The only reason I gave only 4 stars is the vitamin K is from MK7, a fermented soy. Comments say it contains no soy but I thought MK7 was from soy? It would be a definite 5 star product if I find out I'm wrong about this! It may not be an issue with some but I try to avoid soy. Still, haven't noticed any strange effects from it, it just does what it says, brings levels up. Update: 9/21/17 I ordered the unflavored drops on my next order and either I got used to the flavored ones or I'm just not particularly liking the flavor of the unflavored ones but the minty ones are much better. Unfortunately I bought 2 bottles of unflavored so now I have to live this out. I'm happy the company made both kinds for people who can't do mint flavors, it's just not for me. I am definitely going to stick with this brand as I'm proof it works. Have my labs tested 4 times a year and this product is awesome.

Vitamin D is such an important substance - and it doesn't really function as a Vitamin, but more along the lines of a hormone. Having optimum levels of Vit D is associated with a drastic reduction in so many serious conditions including cancer, cardiovascular disease and many others. Having insufficient or deficient levels is associated with a marked increase in risk for these same health problems. As I became aware of just how very important this previously poorly understood substance is, I realized I needed to become aggressive in treating my long term deficiency. After looking into the various products offered on Amazon, I settled on this one as I was already familiar with the company through their Methyl B12 drops, which I use to great effect on a daily basis. I started using this D3-K2 product back in Oct/Nov 2016. I used it fairly inconsistently at first (I would simply forget), then started using it almost every day starting the beginning of 2017. My Dr. wanted me to take 50,000 a week or 10,000/day to bring my Vit D level up, which was very, low, sitting around 12. My Vit D levels have consistently been either deficient or insufficient (even with other supplementation) ever since we started monitoring them about 2006. Just had my Vit D levels checked again a month ago, and my Vit D levels had risen to 44.5. I'm shooting for between 50 and 70 which is a therapeutic optimal range from what I understand. This is the first time in 11 years my Vit D levels have been near optimal or even normal levels. I do not use tanning beds, it's been winter and mostly overcast, and I don't get much sun exposure, so this very dramatic change in Vit D levels is tied directly to this product. Needless to say I find this product VERY Effective and will continue using it. The fact that the D3 is balanced with K2 is a definite plus - Vit K is needed along with Vit D to help avoid problems that can arise from taking large doses of Vit D. And on top of all this, it tastes great too! Thank you for such a wonderful product.

This most definitely worked for my husband. He was so tired he could barely get off the couch and wasn't sleeping well. When we went to the doctor, I requested they test both his D3 and B12 levels. His D3 level came back as 7 ng/ml (optimal would be 50-70, assuming one has no serious disease). He started taking 5 drops of this product daily except for when he was traveling out of the country for 3 weeks. During that time he took a pill form rather than pack a bottle of oil which might leak. The pills were purchased from Amazon and I think would be a good alternative if you don't like taking drops (Zhou Nutrition Vitamin K2 (MK7) with D3 Supplement - Vitamin D & K Complex for Strong Bones and a Healthy Heart - 5000 IU of Vitamin D3 & 90 mcg of Vitamin K2 MK-7 - 60 Small & Easy to Swallow Vegetable Capsules ). It's been just under 3 months so we had his blood work redone. His D3 levels have risen from a dangerous low of 7 ng/ml to 41 ng/ml. I will get my blood work done next week and will post if my levels have improved as I have also been taking it daily for 3 months now. While the amounts of D3 and K2 are lower in this product, I'm happy to be taking the minimum necessary to raise our levels. I see no need to place additional stress on the kidney and liver by taking an excess amount of any vitamin or mineral. Since D3 is a fat soluble vitamin, I also liked that it is in an oil base. We take it in the evening, usually with our last meal of the day. It has a pleasant peppermint flavor and the bottle has lasted longer than I expected with both of us taking it. Makes it very cost effective.

These drops are a tasty and easy way to get your Vitamin D. There is a faint minty flavor, but nothing strong at all. Con: I find that the dropper could be better. The drops start to fall from the dropper w/o any squeezing on my part, thus wasting the expensive fluid. I've taken to just holding one hand right under the dropper as I pull it up out of the bottle and letting it drip onto my palm where I lick it up. I don't want to do this, but I was getting the liquid all over the place while trying to transport the dropper to my food or drink to take it in. Since the directions call for just 2-3 drops, the dropper should be able to dispense each drop with a squeeze, instead of just dripping out uncontrollably. Please fix this. I've taken off one star because of the dropper.
