I know I sound like an idiot but I've turned it both ways and it still won't dispense.** A: I felt the same ugh... I figured it out... tighten the whole cap so it is not turning and slide the tap clock-wise and you will feel the tap click then you can push it down a few times to get rid of the air and then the conditioner will start coming out. If you pay attention the cap has a sign with arrow which is VERY VERY difficult to see :( It says OPEN CLOSE with arrows in between. Check this out, take a picture of it with your cellphone and enlarge it, you will probably see it if you angle it right. **Q: Is it good to use if it just came in an amazon package but had no kind of wrapping on it?
