Before purchasing these, I researched quite a few options and needed something easy that would have the strength to hold up. My home was built in 1928 and has plaster walls where finding studs is hit or miss, even with a stud finder. I needed to install a large mid-century floating wall unit and could not rely on the studs being the normal 16" apart. I ended up hitting only one stud and the other 4 wall rails that held the shelves were installed with the Snaptoggle. These worked so well that I ended up purchasing the larger box and have continued to use these to install medicine cabinets, mirrors and shelves. For anyone in an older home with lath and plaster walls, these are for you. Review: Fast delivery and exactly as described. These are my go-to anchors for my handyman business. I use them to mount TVs, heavy artwork, mirrors, vanity cabinets and sometimes curtain rods.
