Can this clean berber carpet?

We have berber in our office, and my boss was given a puppy for Christmas....! I brought in my Crosswave, and it did a decent job keeping the stains out. It's not going to really "scrub" it, it won't lift some set-in stains, and it won't replace a steam cleaner, but it does pretty well for something to use monthly or so to keep your carpet fresh.

Today years later the answer is the CrossWave Multi-Surface Brush Roll replacement brush for the same on original crosswave you purchased. You can choose today in 2023 4 different brush types all OEM models. That means By Bissell it's self not after market or generic brands that are questionable in quality some times or really good in others. Anyway just a brush is the smiplest answer. I wanted a spare today but buying the tangle free pet brush not this Multi-Surface Brush Roll as your question indicates you choose to ask about way way way back in 2016.
