A wonderful experience
I came across a doco on The Incal on a Youtube rabbit hole trip. The author, Jodorowsky made a remark regarding Frank Herbert and his adaptation of Dune that made me laugh out loud, not going to say it. I watched the whole doco and ordered the book.

Its a great piece of science fiction
What can I possibly say anything about 'The Incal' that hasn't been said already. Read the innumerable reviews about it online. It's on the top of all graphic novel lists for a reason. Its a great piece of science fiction, rich with crazy ideas, which were way ahead of its time, coupled with beautiful artwork, that is full of detail . Just pick it up without thinking if you're a graphic novel buff, or a sci-fi buff, or just an art buff. This hardcover edition is beautiful.
