Worth it. I grabbed these for my 1990 XJ Cherokee to replace the blown factory speakers. I already had an aftermarket head unit in the truck when I bought it, but somebody hacked the wiring all to hell. Fixed that up and found the speakers were too far gone to even be bearable. Searched here for 5-1/4" speakers and these came up as the cheapest, $18 or so a pair. The included wiring is something like 20 awg, but you really only need like 4" of it to splice into your factory wiring, so increased resistance by small wire gauge isn't any real concern. They fit in the factory locations with no modification whatsoever, they even fit behind the factory grilles as to remain inconspicuous. Result? They sound amazing for what they are. With a cheap aftermarket head unit, like my Pioneer, it sounds many times better than many 90's era factory stereo systems. They don't distort until you really push the limits. A great purchase all around. I would buy these again, even if the price goes up a few bucks.

I needed 5.25in 4ohm speakers for my rear doors. These fit perfectly. Sound great. We’re not expensive at all. Wish they had 8ohm speakers more my rear deck.

They're OK I put them in a 92 dodge Dakota hooked up to a dual brand 20 dollar stereo. I do believe they would perform a little better if they had more power coming from the head unit. Just keep in mind you get what you pay for and I realized that before I bought them. So I wasn't expecting much especially for what I paid but if you want a no frills NO BASS speaker than it's ok. But keep in mind ive probably got about 15 watts RMS running to the speakers from the head unit. So in all reality I might not be giving them a chance to their full potential although I couldn't imagine it being drastically better with more power. Overall I can't complain for the price 15 bucks!

I love this set. I bought 2 sets of these speakers for my car. Had to return 1 set due to the audio shop guy told me the wrong size but i ordered the correct size and ill get it the 1st of Nov. They are super straightforward. Seem to be well built. Only thing ive noticed to far is they cant seem to handle high bass. They slightly distort but ut could b cause i only have 1 screw holding it in for now cause i have to cut part of my door panel out to make room for the cover. But i bought a subwoofer for the bass so no worries. The actual sound quality is very good though. Id reccomend these for anyone redoing their vehicles sound system.

Works great, nice sound, and looks good! Been using these for months and really blasting them sometimes, and haven't had a single problem. Fit well into the doors of an old 1992 Ford F150. Would definitely recommend and buy again!

I installed these speakers with a 20 watt per channel amp and instantly heard rattling checked everything. This takes time, till I finally removed the speakers and held them in my hands only to discover what a poorly made and bad sounding speaker they are. NO I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THESE SPEAKERS TO ANYONE.

These things are some of the best sounding 5.25 inch speakers I have heard in a long time, I built a portable boom box with them and its nice and sounds good I used an old plastic tool box, a switch, charging posts, wire, a motorcycle battery, a simple car head unit, antenna, and a volt meter and turned it into a portable worksite radio/boombox. These things sound good.

Good budget replacement speaker sound quality on par with lower end pioneer but half the price. Just don't use the speaker wire that ships in the box it is very brittle.

Suena bastante bien tiene buena definición entre sus bajos y agudos.

Los puse para cambiar los altavoces que venían de fábrica en mi coche y suenan mucho mejor. No soy un experto, pero a mí me suenan muy bien. Cuando se ponen a máximo volumen, parece que van a distorsionar, pero no llega a hacerlo, aunque la calidad del sonido disminuye.

純正スピーカーがダメになったので交換用に買いました。 純正交換タイプではないので、インナーバッフル作成などのDIYは必要になると思います。 自分は音が鳴れば良かったので、プラスチック製の純正インナーバッフルを加工し無理矢理つけたので 本来の性能は出てないと思いますが、満足できる物でした。 このサイズで音が・・・付属品が・・・と言う人たちは高級スピーカーを買えばいいと思います。 気軽に手軽にスピーカー交換が出来る値段ですから文句なしですね。

I Bought mine as an Warehouse return (Not Fully sure what that means). When i got them the Box as a bit ripped up, but the Speakers where all in the Bag, They where the size I was looking for but the Sliver thing as a little poked out was i was trying to mount them in my speakers boxs in my Truck (1981 Ford F100) so I cut up the box to make them fit, but they rub the seat a little bit but work great. Have been using them for the last week and the sound is good but really need to get a sub to get some low end sound. Would buy again, for some door speakers. Great Value Speakers - Would Recommend
