Works well. Much less expensive than Creon.

I have VHL (google pls, too much to explain) and a received a whipple surgery to remove a neuroendocrine tumor on my pancreas in 2015. Since then, I have been prescribed CREON/ZENPEP. Getting these prescribed at a reasonable cost through insurance is hell on earth. I have used a few substitutes, but this one by far has worked the best! No more taking 10 plus enzyme pills with each meal (example: the NOW brand)! I was originally prescribed CREON 24,000 UI and was taking four pills per meal. With Zenpep I was prescribed 60,000 UI and three per meal. With this brand, I only take three per meal and maybe one or two depending on the snack I have (fries for example I’ll take 1 or 2 depending on how much I eat) I’m really happy to find this at such a reasonable cost. I wish the Creon manufacturers weren’t so greedy and lower the cost of the medication. For a 30 day supply without insurance it’s about $3000. No more crazy digestion issues! My first week of taking these, I was slightly constipated, but now that it’s not an issue.

I’ve had a weird gut with chronic diarrhea for a year and a half after taking ABX. I take probiotics and digestive enzymes and nothing has helped. Two different doctors couldn’t offer any solution. I stumbled across this product and decided to try it. Nearly perfect poos for the entire 10 days I’ve been taking it. I’m thrilled to have figured out my issue. Update- it’s continued to work for about a year now. And I don’t require it with every meal, just dinner if a higher fat content. So I think I’m healing.

I don't like to leave reviews but this really worked for me. Everything that could go wrong with my gut has. I bloat very easily always have upset stomach. Gallbladder out, pancreatitis 3 times. So nothing digest well. I try to eat mostly vegetables so I feel good. I take 2 of these before every meal and I don't have the bloating or upset I used to have. I have tried every enzyme on the market and finally after 100's of dollars spent, I find one that really works. I am only doing this to hopefully save someone from wasting money like I have. This is the best hands down.

For years I've suffered the day after eating certain meals, particularly anything with red meat, pasta, or any heavy carbohydrates. The next day was almost always a combination of nausea, loss of appetite, belching, upset stomach, reflux, sensitive gag reflex, frequent trips to the bathroom with loose stools. A pharmacist recommended this product to me over dinner one night after I mentioned I'd be paying for my indulgence tomorrow and offered it to me. I could not believe it the next day when I was perfectly fine. It has dramatically improved my quality of life. I no longer live in constant fear of what my stomach will feel like tomorrow. Sure there are still times my stomach doesn't feel great, but it has been a dramatic difference. I went from having a minimum of 3 loose bowel movements a day to one solid one every morning. Nearly all of my frequent GI symptoms have greatly improved. I can't recommend this product enough. It's worth every penny and worth a try if you are having issues similar to what I've described.

Good strong Pancreatin 8x WITHOUT FILLERS!!!!! and at a fraction of the cost of Throne Research Dipan-9. I had to take twice as much Dipan-9 to get the same effect I get with this product or with Source Naturals Pancreatin 8x. Source Naturals is cheaper but has fillers which aggravated my digestive problems. Dr Clark's is free of fillers so I only get help so it's worth paying a few dollars more for a clean product that does what it's supposed to without the side effects from unnecessary fillers! Updated September 2016: I am still using this happily using this product. I have IBS-D caused by SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth) which causes bloating starting 15 minutes after eating anything with carbs no matter how low on the FODmap scale they are. Pancreatic enzymes reduces this problem and Dr Clark's is the strongest I have found. I had to take 2 or 3 of the other brands to get the same amount of relief one this product gives me. My situation is severe enough no product totally stops the horrible painful bloating but it allows me to eat enough carbs to keep going while trying to find a better treatment. Vegetarian enzymes don't help me the way the animal pancreatin does with most making the situation *worse*. I presume it is because by the vegetarian enzymes having more ways to break down the carbohydrates makes it not only more available for my own body to absorb but the accursed overgrowth to feast and ferment even more.

personally for me these were the best so far (price/value ratio)! In fact these are so good that I'm hesitant to give them a good review and thus helping to advertise them ... thus increasing the price eventually :) Unfortunately that's how it works in our silly world:( And since Pancreatin supplements are very overpriced in Europe and UK (the best choise is in US) ... I really do not want the price increase. I cannot survive without them. And I think they should be covered by NHS as no prescription medicine can replace it. There was a time when I could not digest anything apart from the tea:) The smallest amount of least irritable food would give me terrible indigestion followed by diarrhoea/IBS. But thanks to Pancreatin supplements I've already forgot about that miserable time:) I'm not using this particular brand anymore as I'm feeling SO much better and was able to switch to much weaker Pancreatin (of another brand). And quite often I even forget to take a pill with the meal without any consequences. But I still have some of it left just in case if I'm about to have a feast at the party :)) ps: if I see the price increased ... that would be the last time when I gave positive review for a good stuff! .. which I had a very hard time to find through a long try and fail process :)

When I was looking for enzymes I needed something in my budget, this product was way out of it, however I also knew of this company and their high standards and tried it out. It’s made me a true believer in you get what you pay for. It’s changed me life!!!

For pretty much all my life, I get super bloated after eating and feel heavy on my stomach, which creates this content uncomfortable feeling. On top of that, comes a lot of gas, which just makes it all worse. I had tried a couple of things to help with that, like probiotics, which do help a little but nothing came close to these enzymes. I took one per meal for a month and I barely passed any gas, felt bloated, or felt uncomfortable. It wasn't like day and night but really close to that. I didn't necessarily feel more energized, neither did I put up weight, for those worried about that. Giving it 4 stars because I would get some mild heartburn sometimes. The product is currently unavailable so I am giving another other a try but I will definitely buy this one again!
