Is this the right thing for the monarch rt3 debonair?

It worked for my Rockshox Monarch highvolume, Vivid R2C and even for Fox Float CTD evolution. It is designed to work with any damper having 1/2 inch diameter eyelets. It should work with monarch too.

Will this help remove the mounting hardware for the shock as it says in the description? Looking to do a service and need to know.

It has been almost a year, since I used mine, but yes, it really worked well removing and inserting the bushings on my Monarch shock!

Will this do its job on Fox float X?

Yes, it worked for my Fox Float X2 2016.
