I love this mixture of seeds. When ever I make a smoothie or fruit parfait I add this mix to it. It is delicious. I wish they make a bigger bag, so I don't have to buy so many bags. I buy on Amazon because sometimes I can't find it in the stores. When I buy from the stores I normally have to go to Walmart because they're not in the regular grocery stores. Highly recommend if you're trying to increase fiber intake.
