Absolutely beautiful book which I have been sharing with my Y1 children in our daily mindfulness time. They complete a short linked activity with each page. Gorgeous illustrations.

I love this book! So relaxing to read through with my child after a long day. The words and pictures are beautiful and serve as a reminder for both adults and children. It’s quite poetic and not too heavy for young children to understand and it has nice discussion points that help children to reflect and share things about their day. I like it so much that I have bought a copy for a friend.
