I dont know the exact measurements but these are pretty short I can use them when I wear glasses n they don't touch the lenses

It does NOT come with glue. Just the applicator.

Do these go under the my real lashes, like the wisp dyi kit?

either one! i cut the inner corner and put that piece under my real lash and then layer the rest like a normal strip lash! There’s a bunch of videos on tiktok about how to style these lashes - tons of different ways. Hope this helped!
