Check/Tighten Screws Before Use
I bought this in the US. On first use, when I pulled it out to empty, it had leaked into the tank compartment. After googling it, I tightened all the screws available to tighten and so far seems to have resolved the issue. The Company should put a sticker on the product to tell folks to tighten screws before use.

Quick service!
We could not find this part anywhere. Our cassette toilet had a part that broke, making it unusable! So we headed home, cutting our trip a few days short. The replacement cassette from Amazon was on our front porch and is exactly what we needed!
