Cercavo una soluzione per portare con me l'acqua durante la corsa su strada, sopratutto nelle sessioni lunghe (>15km). Sono molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto: - lo zaino è leggerissimo e non da il minimo fastidio durante la corsa tuttavia, lo sto utilizzando nelle serate di primavera, ancora fresche, non so se in estate sarà abbastanza traspirante. - la sacca idrica (comprata a parte) da 1.5 l entra perfettamente. - è regolabile in ben 6 punti, dovrebbe adattarsi più o meno a tutti. Tutte le cinghiette sono munite di passanti e restano ben ferme. - le tasche sono piccole ma sufficienti per mettere, telefono (6"), chiavi, barrette gel. - non ho provato a portare le borracce (ho già la sacca idrica) ma l'impressione è che potrebbero dare fastidio sul davanti e forse danneggiare il tessuto che in effetti è molto leggero.

I have been using these for years now. Never leaked, i keep them in the freeze between uses & there is no taste or smell from them. They are so convenient, i have used them in my hydration pack, waste belt & also put one in my running shorts pocket, for short warm runs. The fact they roll up when empty is good for longer runs, better than hard bottles.

I was a bit worried it was going to leak based on some other reviews but it doesn’t. I’ve used on a few runs, you simply bite the tip and suck or squeeze to get the water out. I like that you don’t get air in so the water doesn’t slosh about as you’re running. It does taste a bit plasticky but I've added a bit of lemon juice to the water to take the edge off.
