OK, I'll admit I was skeptical to start as there's plenty of criticism on social media but I will say that I'm pleasantly surprised. Well built and sturdy so decent enough quality. Provides different resistance levels for different exercises and plenty of exercises can be done using it. Combined with bodyweight exercises and heavy bag work, it ticks all the boxes for me as getting to a gym is an impossibility due to work and I train Krav maga in the evenings. Will it replace a gym if you are a serious bodybuilder.... no. Will it help with muscle tone etc.... yes. Providing you are realistic about what you aim to achieve using it, it's a great bit of kit.

Good bit of kit, well made and presented. Be mindful of your hight when ordering, as it seems optimised for people of average height. At 6,4" i have difficulty using the equipment for some of the routines. A friend who is 6,7" found it very difficult due to the length of the ropes. This was the same for some one who is 5,3".

This set makes it so easy to work out at home with a good range of exercises. You can also buy additional products to increase the breadth of exercises as well. I bought the Blue Camo set and this works extremely well for me as a mid-50s male. You can definitely feel that your muscles are being given a good work out.

Item is handy as doesn't take up much space. The bar that comes with it had a slight tear in the foam handle area. Price point a little on the high side tbh for the quality.

Seems very robust, really easy to change from light to heavy workouts with the way the bands are made and the overall concept. Been using it a week and i can feel the difference in my strength already. If you are limited for space and want to do something at home this is PERFECT!!!!!!.... If this lasts it will be the perfect buy, so lets see how the longevity works... but SO FAR So GOOD!!!!

I was not expecting a lot but this kit is rugged and well designed. I use just one band on the belt and gives a great workout. With all 3 bands I can't yet do it which is good as a future goal. The bar is also great and loads of exercises are possible. Is also perfect if I am too busy to go to the gym.

Good product easy to use and instructions however 2 of the short resistance band have snapped for the bench press
