This lot contains 1000+ Magic: The Gathering cards, including: at least 950 commons and uncommons, 25 rares, PLUS an additional 25 rare, foil, or promotional cards all packaged securely in a high quality 1000 count cardboard box custom made for Star City Games collections. Review: Beware not all the cards are authentic. - While it seems a good portion of the cards are real, it seems there were also fakes in there most commonly the foils for some reason. Most of the rares where authentic and only a couple where fake. As there are so many Common and Uncommons, I was not able to test all of them. If you purchase this item you will still get a good handful of authentic cards, so you should expect to get around 150-200 fakes. Fakes are easily noticeable as they fail the light and bend test. I ripped a few of them and the fakes clearly have A LOT of dark blue layer splattered between the layers unlike the authentic cards.

Vinieron 154 repetidas pero como duplicado, es decir son solo como 4 cartas de las cuales venían repetidas más de una vez y el máximo fue 4, esto para mi como nuevo es "bueno" pues puedo usarlas para armar mazos de standard. Tierras solo llegaron 17 de las cuales solo una repetida y ninguna fue tierra básica por lo cual el arte y su función están increíbles. IMPORTANTE TODAS VIENEN EN INGLES TENER ESO EN CUENTA. La foto del mazo apilado son las repetidas.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: what is the quality of the cards**
A: The card are in mint or near mint condition.  There are Rares and foils in the group.  I bought it before M15 and a large % was from the at the time current release, but I cannot say if this will include M15 now that it has been released.  There was a good mix and I bought it for someone that was just starting out and they were able to make several decent decks out of the box.

**Q: How recent are these cards**
A: When I purchased this pack I received cards going back as far as 1995 all the way to Shadows Over Innistrad and Eldritch Moon. Basically anything from any sets older than Kaladesh can be found in this. This pack makes a great backbone to a variety of decks but you will likely need some specific cards to bolster them.

**Q: Are there older cards in this lot?**
A: There are few cards from the 90s sets, but I always found some in every box I purchased and they are in excellent condition.

**Q: Would this set be enough for me and a friend to play against each other as first time players, or is there a wiser way to start an initial collection?**
A: As I do not remember how many land cards come with this it may be wiser to start off with a deck building kit from Walmart or any store that sells them. Also if there is a gaming store in your area that is licensed for Magic (wizards of the coast) then you should be able to get two decks for free. I think they are called starter decks but I could be wrong about that. The person at the counter should know. These decks will have land cards in them and are great for introducing someone to the game.

Pelo valor do produto por mais de 1000 cartas eu gostei bastante. Diferente do que vi em algumas avaliações, não tem praticamente nenhuma repetida, nenhuma carta daquelas estrangeiras com escrita diferente (embora eu mesmo não me importe com isso), vem até com alguns terrenos extras dos quais eu estava precisando, cartas em perfeito estado e lindas Foils. Para quem está começando a jogar é uma ótima pedida. Claro, competitivamente é óbvio que provavelmente elas não serão tão interessantes, mas várias delas podem servir naquele seu Pauper, Commander, Etc.
