What are the dimensions? I know the hoop is 3/8" diameter but what about the width?

Wtih earring facing you, the with is an eighth of an inch. The diameter is 1/2 inch.

I don’t think so because my daughter lost one side also and I ask to purchase one and the Sarauski store say no I’m disappointed as well
