Was leaking oil from this gasket. This part from the dealer was significantly more expensive and not available right away. As soon as the product arrived, I was able to swap out parts and get back on the road. 0 performance issues since installed. Fit like original parts.

Perfect fit
Fits the 2011 Mercedes sprinter perfectly. No need for a hole new housing. Just change the gaskets. No more leak and they are almost as good as the dealer

Worked like a charm for my 2011 Sprinter
My 2011 Freightliner 2500 (200K miles) had a nice oil leak when I bought it and I traced it to the filter housing. I drained the oil, removed the fan and the filter housing, cleaned them up, replaced these gaskets, and saved myself several hundred bucks. Not easy, but doable. No more oil leak. I love it when a plan comes together!

As good as OEM Benz
To begin with, prior to my diagnosis on my 2010 ML350 bluetec with the OM642 v6 turbo diesel engine, I was told about the other half gasket that I can confirm MB doesnโt sell. I bought the gasket for the block from MB parts and decided to go with this to fill the other gasket. It comes both sides, and I have to say speaking as a MB dealership technician for 10+ years the quality is identical to the OEM. Time will tell. Make sure to torque all bolts to atleast 14Nm. itโs a easy job once you see how everything is laid out. It gets very messy with oil. After checking it after installation and driving 50 miles, itโs bone dry. Time will tell How much they will last.

2008 sprinter van 2500 3.0 diesel
Installation was smooth snug fit. No leaks, it will be watched closely for longevity. Material seems a bit stiff.

Can confirm it fits a 2011 W212 E350 Bluetec OM642 oil filter (middle section)
Not sure what the torque specs are but decently snug is what I tightened it at. Couldn't find a torque spec within WIS. So far so good! I'll change the one on the block sides shortly. I've driven roughly 260 miles after replacement so far. ๐ค

lasted 1.5 year
Bought in october 2023, 3 months after replacing there were no leaks. Upd: jan 2025 started leak few weeks ago, so lasted 1.5 years in total

Always a great product
Top end seal kit I bought didnt come with oil filter housing gaskets so I bought these. Little on the pricey side but arrived quickly, fit was perfect and I know I can trust Dorman.
