Pour partir en voyage en Amérique Centrale. Montre arrivée juste à point. Lisible, cette montre s'avère pour le moment robuste et étanche, même en plongée avec masque et tuba dans le Pacifique. Ainsi que dans la jungle tropicale.... bonnes conditions pour un test donc et examen réussi!

It's obviously meant to compete with Casio's G-Shock line so I will compare it as such. The size is about equal, but I prefer the Timex styling. It is a bit more sporty and less common than the G-Shock. The buttons are much easier to push than a G-Shock, but there are more buttons, so it can be a bit confusing setting the time, setting timers, alarms, etc. The numbers are much larger than a G-Shock, but the G-Shock's numbers are easier to read at sharp angles. The strap locking mechanism is very secure, and keeps the entire strap flat against the wrist, but (especially when the watch is new) can be difficult to remove. The strap is also slightly thicker and a little less flexible, it requires a bit of break-in. The backlight only illuminates the numbers, I like the effect because it is more discreet at night.Overall, it is a very good watch, and I prefer to wear it daily at the moment, but it is not perfect. The strap is maybe a little too thick for immediate comfort if your wrist is not exactly the right size, but the fit is very secure. The price is also a little high for this type of watch, but the quality is good, so it balances out in my opinion.

Great timekeeper very accurate nice size face and watch depth ,gave it fours stars because the strap is a very stiff material and can become uncomfortable when wearing all day ,which was a pity as I like the timepiece .
