The cons stated the rollers and clips were too hot, and would burn their fingers/hands. My retort: these are heated rollers with heated clips. Handle with care! I have not even come close to burning myself, and I absolutely love these rollers. The heated clips are such a great idea, curling the hair that usually gets very little actual heat. The rollers are smooth and I have yet to get one tangled in my long hair. The stated warm-up time is 90 seconds, but I found a full 2 minutes worked a little better(!) and the curls are set in about 5. How can you argue with that? NOT COOL GUYS!
