Review: Great vanilla taste, good after workout supplement - The taste is not too strong, its soft and good. It tastes just like vanilla but the stavia does take some getting used to since it has a particular taste if you are not used to it. As far as the workout part, this is an after workout supplement. I do feel that I recuperate a bit quicker than usual the next day. My muscles don't ache as much and I feel like I can walk and do the normal things much faster than when I don't take it. So far it has been working great. I don't feel like I have an overload of energy, but just enough for my workout. Would recommend since its All-Natural Whey Protein.

The taste is not too strong, its soft and good. It tastes just like vanilla but the stavia does take some getting used to since it has a particular taste if you are not used to it.
