Use probiotics and long term take orally black walnut, capyrlic acid, oil of oregano (wild oregano), grapefruit seed, olive leaf extracts in tablet form. Take any 2 for 2 weeks daily, then switch to any other two, etc. Do for 6 months. Eat Greek yoghurt, kefir, and probiotics at the same time. **Q: How do you use the powder and the suppository?
