Nice size, arrived in good shape, nice flavor and texture
Takes longer to soften than maifun/angel hair rice noodles, but tastes similar and holds sauce well. A good purchase if you donโt have an asian market nearby, being superior to the limited choices in most US supermarket chains. Glad I purchased.

Excellent rice noodles!
These are wider noodles, suitable for pad Thai and similar stir-fry more than for soup. They are delicious, and easy to cook, and add a great texture and flavor to a stir-fry when added and allowed to sear a bit. They do need to be cooked/softened before being added to the wok, but that's easy enough and the results are delicious! The packages contain enough for several meals serving 2-4 people.

Best suited for Pad Thai - These are NOT wide noodles
I was disappointed as these are pretty narrow and better suited for Pad Thai. I wanted the noodles for Pad Se Ew and expected wider noodles. I think the problem is these are large Rice "Sticks" and not Rice "Noodles". I find almost all Rice Stick products to be narrow, even Large ones. But, when Noodles is in the description they are always nice and wide.
