My brother with feet size 7.5, weight 130lbs can use it. But for adults, I recommend 22inch or 24inch , which will be much better. **Q: How does this skateboard steer and turn?** A: It was more back and forth! Would be great for a smaller child just starting out **Q: Would this be a good starter board for a toddler?** A: Yes，it is a good starter. The softer Pu wheel and the bearing makes it fast but not so fast. **Q: Do the wheels roll on carpet? I want to use this for my knee physical therapy.** A: It can roll on carpet. But I'm not sure what kind of carpet you have and how fast and smooth it can go. I hope you will be safe if you use it for physical therapy.
