It is what it says. If it states 330mg then it is. Love this toner. It really adds moisture to your skin and is perfect under serums and moisturizers.

What is the percentage of the Lavender oil? Wanna make sure it didn't increase the risk of developing contact dermatitis.

They did not state the amount of lavender in it. However, lavender is last in the list so I presume it is not a lot
